Dosa batter topped with moong and masoor sprouts, easy healthy and tasty. They are an ideal breakfast, finger food, any time snack. Packet with a peanut chutney powder, they make a very good lunch box option for the kids. Carbs, vitamins and proteins and non fussy to eat. What more do we want. I have used moong sprouts and masoor sprouts. One tea spoon of sprouts sprinkled on one table spoon of dosa batter and cooked on medium heat for 1/2 minute on each side, that is the recipe.
Directions:
- Spread one table spoon of dosa batter on a medium hot pan into the size of a big coin. The idea is not to spread the dosa batter thin but spread it a little so that it gets cooked nice and spongy. Four to five dosas can be spread depending on the size of the tava.
- Immediately sprinkle the sprouts. Moong or Masoor sprouts are the best.
- Spread a little oil around the dosas and cook for about half a minute before flipping.
- Cook for another half minute for the sprouts to get cooked and the dosa's are ready to serve.
