- Spread the dosa batter on the pan.
- Spread the grated broccoli.You need not cook it ahead. Grated broccoli cooks really fast, in the time it takes the dosa to roast - around a minute.
- Spread about a tea spoon oil around the dosa. Skip if health conscious.But do not complain of the taste or lack of it there of.
- Once the broccoli turns florescent green, it is cooked enough with still a bite to it.
- Spread the grated cheese as much as little as you want. The heat will melt the cheese
- Fold the dosa. Take it off the pan and eat.
