Pinapple, Spinach and Beet Salad in Yogurt

I had some left over beet curry, about quarter cup of pineapple and some curd. Diced a tomato and cucumber, throw a bunch of spinach, add in the pineapple into the curd. I added the left over beet curry as a garnish because I did not want it to color the whole dish pink. Just a dash of salt and pepper and I had a full bowl of colorful and tasty salad. The pineapple added the slight sweet edge and the curd the nice tang made it a good one.
